Here are answers to questions that are frequently asked. If you don't find your question answered here, please feel free to email us for more information.

What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is $20.00.  Shipping and handling charges cannot be included to meet the $20.00 minimum.  We will not ship any orders that are not legitimately $20.00 or more.

How do I order order?
The preferred method for ordering is through this website. Orders can also be placed via phone, but payment must be submitted before the order will be shipped.

Do you accept orders from outside the continental United States?
We accept orders from Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Please contact us directly if ordering from outside the continental United States, so shipping options can be determined.

What happens if an item I ordered is out-of-stock?
From time to time we may run out of toy parts that we depend on other manufacturers for.  If an item that is out of stock is on order and will arrive within a few days, our policy to hold your order until it arrives.  If you don't want your order held, you can request that we don't wait for out-of-stock items.  If a part will take longer than normal to arrive, we will try and notify you by email of any shortage before your order is shipped. This will give you the opportunity to make adjustments or substitutions. We ask that you keep an eye on your email until you receive confirmation your order is on its way.

What payment methods do you accept?
The preferred payment method is PayPal directly through our website. We adhere to PayPal's Seller Protection Policy and only accept payments from Verified users and will only ship to a Confirmed Address. Personal checks and money orders will also be accepted, but no orders will be shipped until the check clears the bank. Contact us for specific details on paying with a personal check or money order.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
All Illinois customers will be charged 10.0% sales tax as required by law.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Your order will be processed, packed and shipped in approximately 10 days, possibly sooner. Since each toy contains cookie bytes we prefer to make toys as they are ordered so they arrive fresh. If you need your order expedited, please make sure to email us after your order is placed.  We will make every effort to accommodate you.

Why does it take so long to ship my order?
We are a small fledgling home-based company. All cookie bytes are made fresh and then each toy is assembled. We are more interested in quality rather than quantity. Our toys and cookie bytes are individually made with love by our talented staff.

How do I store my cookie byte toys to keep them fresh?
Each cookie byte is made with premium products and baked to give your bird a delicious treat. The cookie bytes are "all natural" with no artificial flavoring, coloring or preservatives. To prolong cookie byte freshness, store them in a paper bag or box. They will keep for up to three months.  To keep cookies bytes fresh for up to six months, store them in a plastic bag or container and place in the refrigerator or freezer.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by the best method available. Orders will normally be shipped using UPS Ground or the US Postal Service.  If you need expedited service, please email with your request. 

How will I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive confirmation from PayPal upon payment of your order. An email will be sent from ReneezzRoost once your order has been shipped.
